Period stretch of a 126, not insanely rare but definitely not common esp on this side of the pond. Noteworthy also for being at the end of the 126 production run, 2/91 is a late car (140 production began in 4/91, and the very last 126s were not sold in NA). Many of the LWBs I have seen are longer, or have a window instead of that blanked out area:
